Labor Law Data
Thank you for purchasing ComplyRight posters.
ComplyRight gives you the tools you need to maintain ongoing compliance with federal and state posting requirements. We also provide tools to help you make sure all of your locations have the proper, most up-to-date postings displayed. By clicking the link below, you can view the following information in each named tab:
Quick Audit: Use this tab to help audit your company’s posting compliance. This tab provides a complete list of all federal and state mandatory labor law posters by state, including each posting on the large-format poster and each posting printed separately. To help confirm that your company is displaying the most up-to-date posters, we have included the “Revision/Audit Date” next to each poster listed. Compare this date to the Revision Date printed on the upper left corner of your poster.
Recent Changes: Use this tab to see a quick overview of recent mandatory poster changes by state. It displays the poster name, format, change notification date, description of the change and estimated ship date.
Individual Format: Use this tab to know what posters are printed separately in an individual format and sent along with your large-format poster. In most cases, these posters are printed separately because they have unique posting instructions and/or require a decision on your part. This tab explains why each poster is printed in an individual format.
Obtained from Agency: Use this tab to learn what posters you must obtain directly from the issuing state agency or by having to provide your employer ID Number. This tab shows you the name of the individual poster and who to contact to obtain the poster.
Fed & State Master Data: Use this tab to see the mandatory change history for each individual state posting, including the date and a brief summary of the change. It also provides you with a list of all federal and state mandatory labor law posters by state, including each posting on the large-format poster and each posting printed separately, revision/audit dates, and panel/poster sizes for each state. It also provides a list of what poster sets we offer in Spanish.
Federal Contractors: Use this tab to see what posters are required to be posted by federal contractors. Federal contractors are required to post additional postings that are not included in our federal and state poster sets. Additional posters may be required based on your specific project/contract, industry, company policies, or state/city/local laws. Review “who must post” to determine what postings apply to your business.
City.Local Posters: Use this tab to see what city/local posters we offer. Some city and local laws require you to post additional posters not included in our poster sets. They must be purchased separately. This tab shows you, among other things, the name of the poster, who must post, the revision date, and poster size.
